Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 Mango (peeled and chopped)
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt (low fat)
3/4 cup Almond Milk (if not you can use any low fat milk)
4 Pitted Dates
1 cup Ice
Method:
- Combine all the Ingredients in a blender, puree on high speed until smooth.
- Add a few ice cubes and blend until it reaches your desired consistency.
