Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie - Breakfast Smoothie


Wonderfully thick and tasty, this healthy smoothie recipe easily substitutes for milkshakes and ice cream. Whipping up a smoothie for breakfast will further help you rev up your metabolism first thing in the morning.

Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Mango (peeled and chopped)
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt (low fat)
3/4 cup Almond Milk (if not you can use any low fat milk)
4 Pitted Dates
1 cup Ice

Method:
  • Combine all the Ingredients in a blender, puree on high speed until smooth.
  • Add a few ice cubes and blend until it reaches your desired consistency.

  3. Great! I also prefer eating healthy food without unnecessary content. I prefer almond or soya instead of cow milk and dairy products. Also I eat only fish and don't eat meat. A lot of reviews on Iwriteessays.com say that keeping healthy diet is very easy and right thing in your life.
