Baby #2 - Gender Reveal

I am 27 weeks today and I have decided to post the gender reveal instead of my weekly update.
I am overjoyed and still very emotional about finding out that we are expecting a baby Boy this time. I will be the first to admit that we were hoping for a baby girl, until the moment I saw the first piece of blue confetti. Just like with Kiara I am so in love, there is no room in my heart for even the tiniest pang of remorse. I am so glad that we made a big show of the reveal on my, Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook! I think my friends and family really enjoyed finding out the gender reveal with us. Honestly, it was one of the best moments of my life... and yes I cried like a baby and I am getting teary eyed now thinking about it now.
I am feeling extremely at ease with the news. A daughter and a son, this is my family. Just amazing.
A BOY! (sigh), How wonderful is that!?!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your baby boy! I threw a gender reveal party for my best friend last year. And we all had fun. At first she thought it was a boy, because we had all the blue decors in place. And just when she's getting excited thinking of all the things and clothes that she's gonna buy, we told her that she's actually having a baby girl. :)
ReplyDeleteThat's such a cute gender reveal. Colors and spreads all over are mesmerizing. My cousin also celebrated her birthday at one of the best party venue last week. Will hire the same place for my baby shower. Searching for catering and cake providers. Mock tails and red wine will be done. My sister will bake the cookies at home.
